Job Overview:

The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C beauty and wellness brand offering premium skincare products directly to consumers across India. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, prior experience in handling customer queries, and the ability to manage and guide a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Supervise and support junior team members.
• Assist in training new hires and improving team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 1-3 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in team handling or leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
