About the Role
The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C brand in the beauty and wellness space, delivering premium skincare products to customers across India. We are looking for confident and proactive Customer Support Interns (Telecalling) who can communicate effectively with customers, generate leads, and contribute to building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers through outbound calls to share information about skincare products and ongoing offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers, resolve queries, and reconnect with users who have incomplete or pending purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM platform.
