VS Enterprises is looking for a skilled Data Analyst / MIS Executive who can manage business data, generate MIS reports, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Dashboard Creation, and basic coding.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights.
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and manage data.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Handle large datasets with accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
• Automate recurring reports using formulas and functions.
• Collaborate with different departments to fulfill reporting requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely report delivery.
• Identify trends and support management with data-driven decisions.

Required Skills:-

Strong knowledge of SQL

• Advanced Google Sheets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Dashboard Creation (Google Sheets/Excel)
• MIS Reporting
• Basic Coding Knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language preferred)
• Data Analysis & Data Validation
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
• QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA (Google Sheets)
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

Qualification:-

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc., Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 6months -1 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting.(Intern can also apply)

Preferred Candidate:-

Experience in handling large datasets

• Strong SQL query-writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets dashboards and automation.
