Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in our systems. The candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in software/ERP systems
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, and purchase entries
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Maintain confidentiality of company information

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet and Word
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
