  • Navigation: Follow GPS routes to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Verification: Use mobile apps to scan packages and collect proof of delivery (photos/signatures).
  • Payments: Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) and online transactions accurately.
  • Safety: follow all traffic regulations.
