We are looking for a dynamic Design Manager who can combine creative design expertise with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


📍 Position: Design Manager – Interior Design & Sales

📍 Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead interior design projects from concept to execution

✅ Meet clients, understand requirements, and create design solutions

✅ Drive sales conversions and achieve revenue targets

✅ Prepare presentations, proposals, and design pitches

✅ Coordinate with execution and production teams for seamless delivery

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships


Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in Interior Design and Sales

✔ Strong knowledge of residential/commercial interior projects

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design software

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

✔ Ability to convert leads into successful projects
