Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage Mozotel’s online presence and paid advertising campaigns. This role is strictly for full-time professionals with relevant experience in social media management and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

Manage social media calendar and daily posting activities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven strategies

Coordinate with the design team for creatives and campaign requirements

Handle basic customer queries, comments, and messages on social platforms

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)

Basic knowledge of design/editing tools is preferred

Strong communication and creative thinking skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance
