About Us

CNM System Labs helps students improve their exam performance through visual learning, mentorship, AI-powered tracking, and proven study systems. We are looking for a marketing all-rounder who can help us generate leads, create content, and grow the brand online.

Job Role

We need someone who can handle both performance marketing and content marketing. This is not a simple social media posting job. Your responsibility is to bring qualified student leads and help increase enrollments.

Responsibilities✅

Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

✅ Create and publish Instagram Reels

✅ Write hooks, captions, and ad copy

✅ Research trending content ideas

✅ Generate leads through organic and paid marketing

✅ Manage Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns

✅ Track campaign performance and improve results

✅ Coordinate with video editor, designer, and sales team

✅ Help improve landing pages and conversion rates

✅ Find new growth opportunities and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Experience running Meta Ads

• Understanding of Instagram growth and Reels

• Knowledge of lead generation funnels

• Ability to analyze ad performance and metrics

• Basic copywriting skills

• Strong ownership and execution mindset

• Willingness to learn and experiment

Preferred

• Experience in Education, Coaching, EdTech, or Skill Development

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Experience with WhatsApp marketing and automation

Performance Bonus

Additional incentives will be provided based on:

• Qualified leads generated

• Appointment bookings
