Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage all our digital marketing efforts for our real estate business in Jaipur. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising, organic search, and email campaigns, helping us grow our brand presence and property sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Meta & Google Ads (Paid Advertising)

•      Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

•      Design targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, locations (Jaipur & feeder cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kota), and custom audiences.

•      Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video scripts tailored for real estate — property launches, open houses, limited-period offers.

•      Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-lead (CPL).

•      Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.

•      Monitor campaign performance daily — impressions, CTR, conversion rate, CPL — and optimize accordingly.

•      Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

•      Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who visited the website or engaged with ads.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

•      Conduct keyword research targeting real estate terms in Jaipur — 'flats in Jaipur', 'plots for sale Ajmer Road', '2 BHK Vaishali Nagar', etc.

•      Perform on-page SEO: optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt tags, and internal linking.

•      Develop and manage a content calendar — property blogs, neighbourhood guides, real estate tips for buyers.

•      Build quality backlinks through outreach, local directories, real estate portals, and PR articles.

•      Manage Google My Business profile to improve local search presence.

•      Perform regular technical SEO audits — site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, XML sitemaps.

•      Track and report SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Email Marketing

•      Design and execute email marketing campaigns for new property launches, site visit invitations, festival offers, and investor newsletters.

•      Segment email lists based on buyer type (first-time buyers, investors, NRIs), budget, and interest.

•      Write engaging email copy and design HTML email templates using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.

•      Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes; continuously optimize for better deliverability.

•      Maintain and clean the email database to ensure compliance and high deliverability.

•      Set up automated drip email sequences for lead nurturing.

Reporting & Strategy

•      Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for all digital channels.

•      Identify trends and insights to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

•      Collaborate closely with the tele-calling and sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up alignment.

•      Stay updated on real estate market trends in Jaipur and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

•      2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

•      Demonstrated experience managing real estate campaigns is a strong advantage.

•      Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

•      Knowledge of SEO tools — SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.

•      Experience with email marketing tools — Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.

•      Strong analytical mindset — ability to read data and make decisions.

•      Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop for ad creatives.

•      Good written English and Hindi communication skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

•      Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.

•      Experience with real estate portals advertising (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).

•      Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration.

•      Video editing skills for YouTube/Instagram Reels content.

•      Understanding of RERA regulations and real estate buyer journey in Rajasthan.
