Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of generating quality leads through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
Handle SEO & website optimization for better visibility
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC)
Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion strategies
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Manage email marketing & WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends
Required Skills:
Experience in digital marketing (Real estate experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM & analytics tools
Content creation & copywriting skills
Lead generation and funnel understanding
Good communication and analytical skills
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
Experience:
1–3 years (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
