Adency is a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through performance marketing, content marketing, branding, and website development. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of client projects, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage complete digital marketing campaigns for clients.

• Create and implement growth strategies across Meta, Google, SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness objectives.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and account managers to ensure timely project execution.

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis.

• Prepare client reports and performance presentations.

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

• Assist in creating marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Complete understanding of digital marketing concepts and execution.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign setup, optimization, retargeting, pixel tracking, and reporting.

• Basic Shopify website development and management skills.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content marketing.

• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce marketing campaigns.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Google Ads knowledge.

• Email marketing experience.

• Marketing automation tools experience.

• Basic graphic design understanding.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.

Experience Required

• 0.5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
