Driver Cum Office Boy

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Driver cum Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving duties, as well as providing general office support, including errands, maintenance of office cleanliness, and assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Driving Duties:

• Drive staff to and from meetings, appointments, or official errands as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times.
• Maintain a logbook of all trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle use.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and coordinate maintenance/repairs.

Office Support Duties:

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items from external locations.
• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to visitors and staff.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in office premises, including pantry and meeting rooms.
• Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
• Support in minor office maintenance tasks or errands.
