We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team and help manage our online gemstone business platform.
📍 Location: Sitapura, Jaipur – 302022
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
💰 Salary Package: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing our online gemstone business. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, online business operations, and digital product management. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth website operations, attractive product presentation, and excellent customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🌐 Website Management
- Manage the daily operations and smooth functioning of the jaipurgem.com website.
- Ensure website updates, maintenance, and user experience are properly handled.
💎 Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Upload new gemstone inventory with accuracy.
- Create attractive and engaging product descriptions.
- Maintain visually appealing and updated product listings.
🎯 Custom Order Handling
- Coordinate and manage bespoke gemstone orders.
- Communicate with clients regarding custom requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to final delivery.
📦 Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams.
- Manage pricing, product categories, and stock updates.
- Resolve customer queries related to products and orders.
- Monitor website performance and report technical issues.
- Maintain organized digital product records and data.
