Responsibilities

Manage product listings on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.

Upload products, images, descriptions, and pricing.

Process customer orders and provide excellent customer support.

Handle inventory updates and order management.

Coordinate with the production and shipping teams.

Learn SEO basics for product listings.

Maintain product data and ensure listing accuracy.

Assist with daily e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Basic English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers is preferred (not mandatory).

Good learning attitude and positive mindset.

Attention to detail and willingness to work in a team.

Passion for online business and e-commerce.
