Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage and grow our online gems and jewellery business. The ideal candidate will oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensure smooth customer experiences, and drive digital sales through effective product management, marketing, and analytics.
- Key Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Ensure inventory levels are updated across platforms.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for new launches.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and returns efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases.
- Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram promotions).
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility.
- Optimize SEO for product pages and content.
