Job Description
Job Summary (Role ka chhota sa overview)Hamein ek aise energetic aur detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist ki talash hai jo hamare online business ke daily operations ko smooth bana sake. Candidate ka main kaam inventory manage karna, order processing track karna, logistics partners ke sath coordinate karna, aur marketplaces (jaise Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, ya apni website) par product listings ko optimize karna hoga taaki customer experience behtareen rahe.
- Key Responsibilities (Candidate ko kya kaam karna hoga)Order & Logistics Management: Daily orders ko process karna, packaging track karna, aur courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.) ke sath coordinate karke timely delivery pakki karna.
- Inventory Control: Stock levels par nazar rakhna taaki na toh 'Out of Stock' ki situation ho aur na hi 'Overstocking' ho. Warehouse team ke sath sync mein rehna.
- Cataloging & Listing: Marketplace portals par naye products ko list karna, unka content, images, aur pricing update karna.
- Return & Refund Management: Customer returns (RTO - Return to Origin) ko handle karna, damaged products ko inspect karna, aur refunds/replacements process karwana.
- Performance Tracking: Sales reports, return percentages, aur operational costs ka data maintain karna aur management ko report dena.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Candidate mein kya khoobiyan honi chahiye)Skill CategoryRequired Qualifications / SkillsEducation & ExperienceGraduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA ya related field). 1–3 saal ka experience E-commerce operations mein.Platform KnowledgeAmazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, ya WooCommerce ka achha knowledge.Technical SkillsAdvance Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting) mein hoshiyar hona chahiye.Soft SkillsProblem-solving mindset, multitasking ki aadat, aur teams ke sath coordinate karne ke liye achhi communication skills.
