Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch customer orders on time.
- Coordinate with courier partners and track shipments.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and order-related queries.
- Handle Instagram DMs and respond to customer inquiries.
- Update order status and maintain customer records.
- Assist in inventory management and stock updates.
- Manage basic office administration tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and online shopping platforms.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in e-commerce, customer support, or office administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
