About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager / Account Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, drive sales through strategic campaigns, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure accurate product information including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve product visibility
• Monitor catalog health, fix listing issues, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
• Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality creatives

2. Account Management

• Manage seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Maintain account health metrics (ratings, reviews, cancellations, returns, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities
• Resolve account-level issues, escalations, and policy-related challenges
• Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights

3. Campaign & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, seasonal sales)
• Manage paid advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing teams for brand visibility initiatives

4. Operations Management

• Oversee inventory planning and stock availability across platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Monitor order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to SLA requirements
• Streamline processes for efficiency and cost optimization

5. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams (catalog, operations, marketing)
• Work closely with internal departments (supply chain, finance, design)
• Set KPIs and track team performance
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Prepare reports and present performance insights to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
