About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online stores across Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, optimize sales performance, handle marketplace operations, and develop strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of Etsy, eBay, and Amazon seller accounts
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
• Manage pricing strategies, promotions, coupons, and advertising campaigns
• Handle Amazon PPC campaigns and marketplace ads
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and marketplace analytics
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and disputes professionally
• Ensure account health and compliance with marketplace policies
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and shipping coordination
• Research competitors, market trends, and new product opportunities
• Improve store rankings, visibility, and overall sales growth
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and fulfillment teams when needed
• RequirementsProven experience managing Etsy, eBay, and Amazon stores
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and ranking algorithms
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Etsy Shop Manager
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and promotional strategies
• Excellent product listing and copywriting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management tools and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with product research tools
