Job Description

Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations - product listings, inventory, orders, and dispatch coordination

2. Handle customer queries and order fulfilment during peak Rakhi season

3. Support uploading new product catalogues and promotional content on the website

4. Coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket / courier aggregators) for timely shipment

5. Assist with retail store operations - walk-in customer handling, packaging, and stock management
