Job Description

मुख्य भूमिका (Objective)ई-कॉमर्स मैनेजर के रूप में, आप कंपनी की ऑनलाइन बिक्री, वेबसाइट प्रबंधन, और डिजिटल मार्केटिंग अभियानों के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे। आपका मुख्य लक्ष्य ऑनलाइन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर ब्रांड की दृश्यता बढ़ाना और सेल्स कन्वर्जन को अधिकतम करना है।

  • जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities)1. वेबसाइट और मार्केटप्लेस प्रबंधन (Operations)प्रोडक्ट लिस्टिंग: वेबसाइट, Amazon, Flipkart, और अन्य मार्केटप्लेस पर नए उत्पादों को सही विवरण, कीमत और आकर्षक तस्वीरों के साथ लिस्ट करना।
  • इन्वेंट्री मैनेजमेंट: स्टॉक स्तर की निगरानी करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना कि उत्पाद हमेशा 'इन-स्टॉक' रहें।
  • ऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग: ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर्स को ट्रैक करना, पैकिंग टीम के साथ समन्वय करना और समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना।
  • 2. डिजिटल मार्केटिंग और प्रमोशनकैंपेन मैनेजमेंट: मार्केटप्लेस के अंदर और बाहर (जैसे Google/Meta Ads) विज्ञापनों को चलाना और मॉनिटर करना।
  • सेल्स ग्रोथ: त्योहारों के दौरान सेल इवेंट्स की योजना बनाना और डिस्काउंट स्ट्रेटेजी पर काम करना।
  • SEO/Optimization: कीवर्ड्स के जरिए उत्पाद की सर्च रैंकिंग में सुधार करना।
  • 3. ग्राहक अनुभव (Customer Experience)क्वेरी हैंडलिंग: ग्राहकों की शिकायतों और फीडबैक का समय पर समाधान करना।
  • रेटिंग और रिव्यु: उत्पादों की अच्छी रेटिंग्स बनाए रखने के लिए ग्राहकों से जुड़ना और समस्याओं का समाधान करना।

फ्रेशर vs अनुभवी: अपेक्षित अंतरजिम्मेदारी का स्तरफ्रेशर (18,000)अनुभवी (21,000)कार्य निष्पादननिर्देशानुसार काम पूरा करना।रणनीतिक निर्णय लेना और लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना।मार्केटप्लेसडेटा एंट्री और लिस्टिंग पर फोकस।प्लेटफॉर्म एल्गोरिदम की गहरी समझ और ऑप्टिमाइज़ेशन।रिपोर्टिंगदैनिक बिक्री रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।मंथली परफॉरमेंस एनालिसिस और ROI सुधारना।समस्या समाधानटीम लीडर को रिपोर्ट करना।समस्याओं को स्वयं हल करना और टीम को गाइड करना।

  • आवश्यक कौशल (Key Skills)तकनीकी ज्ञान: MS Excel का अच्छा ज्ञान (V-Lookup, Pivot table) अनिवार्य है।
  • मार्केटप्लेस अनुभव: Amazon/Flipkart सेलर सेंट्रल का ज्ञान (अनुभवी के लिए अनिवार्य)।
  • कम्युनिकेशन: हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में अच्छी समझ।
  • एनालिटिकल: डेटा को देखकर बिक्री बढ़ाने के नए तरीके सोचना।
  • कार्य संस्कृति और उम्मीदेंसमय का पालन: ई-कॉमर्स में समय (TAT) सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है, इसलिए डेडलाइन का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।
  • सीखने की प्रवृत्ति: ई-कॉमर्स की दुनिया हर हफ्ते बदलती है, नई अपडेट्स के साथ खुद को अपडेट रखना अनिवार्य है।
