Job Description

  • Manage and update company profiles on Alibaba and IndiaMART including product listings, catalogues, and inquiries
  • Respond to buyer leads and messages on B2B portals in a timely manner
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar
  • Design graphics and creatives using tools like Canva for posts, stories, and promotions
  • Shoot or coordinate basic product photography and short videos for online use
  • Monitor and grow the company's social media following and engagement
  • Handle the company's Google My Business profile and keep it updated
  • Track leads, inquiries, and conversions in a simple report or spreadsheet weekly
  • Run basic boosted posts or paid promotions on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if needed
  • Keep an eye on competitor activity online and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to get product information, pricing, and updates for online posting
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
