Job Description
- Product Listing & Optimization – Create and manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces with accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Order Processing – Handle daily order flow from all portals, ensure timely acknowledgment, packing, and dispatch as per SLA.
- Inventory Management – Track stock levels across warehouses and platforms, update quantities, prevent overselling, and coordinate restocks.
- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination – Generate shipping labels, manage courier pickups, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time dispatch and tracking updates.
- Reports & Performance Monitoring – Maintain sales, return, and inventory reports; monitor account health, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
