Job Summary : Easygoods India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive who can independently manage multiple online marketplaces and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Etsy, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Create new product listings and optimize existing listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
• Handle catalog management, listing updates, and variation creation.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms.
• Participate in sales events such as Lightning Deals, BBD, GIF, Mega Blockbuster Sale, End of Season Sale, and other promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility, conversions, and overall sales.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, advertising ROI, and marketplace analytics.
• Manage inventory updates and coordinate with the operations team to prevent stock-outs.
• Resolve listing suppression, catalog errors, account health issues, and marketplace-related problems.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to improve product images and A+ content where applicable.
• Stay updated with marketplace policy changes, new features, and best practices.
• Required SkillsHands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Etsy, and eBay seller portals.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace listing optimization and SEO.
• Experience running and optimizing marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of marketplace promotional tools and sale participation.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketplace management.
• Experience with multiple product categories is an advantage.
• Familiarity with listing tools, catalog management software, or OMS/PIM systems is a plus.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales growth across marketplaces.
• Improvement in organic ranking and product visibility.
• Advertising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) / Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS).
• Listing quality and catalog accuracy.
• Successful participation in marketplace sale events.
• Account health and policy compliance.
• Conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
