Electrical Design Engineer

EVAPOLER Eco Cooling Solutions, a leader in energy‑efficient and sustainable cooling technologies, is looking for an experienced Electrical Control Panel & Controller Design Engineer to join our growing technical team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop electrical control panels for Air washers, Exhaust Fans, Industrial Air coolers, AHUs and other HVAC Systems.

• Prepare wiring diagrams & GA drawings

• Assemble and test electric controllers.

• Select appropriate electrical components (contactors, relays, MCBs, VFDs, sensors, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with IS standards, safety norms, and internal quality guidelines.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues during panel assembly, installation, and commissioning.

• Coordinate with production, R&D, and service teams for smooth execution.

• Maintain documentation for design revisions, testing reports, and quality checks.

• Support field teams during installation and commissioning when required.

• Work on continuous improvement of panel design 

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of control panel design, wiring, and electrical circuits.
• Hands‑on experience in assembling and testing electrical controllers.
• Understanding of HVAC electrical systems, motors, VFDs, sensors is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC basics, control logic, and panel troubleshooting.

Education Requirements

• Diploma (Electrical Engineering) or

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in electrical control panel design, assembly, or controller manufacturing.
