Job Overview

Kelvin & Watts is looking for a skilled LED Technician / Electrician who has practical experience in lighting products, LED chips, and LED drivers. The role involves assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting lighting fixtures, including magnetic track lights, COB lights, and other LED luminaires.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair LED lighting fixtures such as COB lights, track lights, and downlights.

• Replace and solder LED chips, PCB boards, and drivers when required.

• Perform soldering work for LED components with proper tools and techniques.

• Test lighting products to ensure proper functioning before dispatch.

• Assist in assembly and quality checking of lighting products.

• Identify faults in LED drivers, wiring, and electrical connections.

• Support installation or service work when required at customer locations.

• Maintain tools, soldering equipment, and work area safely.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of LED drivers, LED chips, PCB boards, and basic electronics.

• Ability to solder LED components and repair lighting fixtures.

• Understanding of electrical wiring and basic electrician work.

• Ability to use tools such as soldering iron, multimeter, and testing equipment.

• Attention to detail and careful handling of lighting products.

Qualifications

• ITI Electrician / Electrical Technician preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in LED lighting repair or assembly.

• Experience with lighting brands, LED manufacturing units, or repair centers preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience.
