Job Description

Role Overview:


Responsible for empanelment of diagnostic centers and hospitals and building strong

provider relationships through structured meet & greet sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and empanel diagnostic centers and hospitals into the network.

• Conduct meet & greet sessions with healthcare providers to strengthen

partnerships.

• Achieve the Empanelment and Meet & Greet target.

• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality benchmarks.

• Support the provider onboarding process and resolve queries efficiently.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Relationship-building and networking ability.

• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

• Knowledge of healthcare provider landscape is an advantage.
