Candidate ka main role crowd management, guest communication, waiting handling, table coordination aur internal staff communication maintain karna hoga taaki har guest ko smooth aur premium experience mile.

• Key Responsibilities:Guest Handling & CommunicationRestaurant entrance par guests ko warmly welcome karna
• Waiting guests ko properly manage karna aur expected waiting time communicate karna
• Guests ko available spaces ke options batana (Indoor, Rooftop, Pond Sitting, etc.)
• Guest count aur seating preference ke according proper table allocation coordinate karna
• Rush hours me crowd ko calmly aur professionally manage karna
• Restaurant CoordinationCaptain, Manager, Kitchen aur Service Team ke sath continuous communication maintain karna
• Real-time update lena:
• Kaunsi tables available hain
• Kaunsi tables cleaning me hain
• Order timing kitna chal raha hai
• New guests lena possible hai ya temporary hold karna hai
• Guest flow ko restaurant capacity aur service quality ke according balance karna
• Reservation & Queue ManagementReservation entries maintain karna
• Walk-in guests aur bookings ko properly coordinate karna
• Peak hours me waiting queue professionally manage karna
• Large groups aur party guests ko priority coordination provide karna
• Customer ExperienceHar guest ko positive first impression dena
• Complaint ya waiting frustration ko politely handle karna
• Hospitality standards aur restaurant discipline maintain karna
• Team ke sath coordination me smooth guest experience ensure karna
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Strong crowd handling ability
• Smart personality & presentable appearance
• Fast decision-making and coordination skills
• Hospitality attitude and polite behavior
• Pressure situations me calmly kaam karne ki ability
• Preferred Experience:Restaurant / Café / Hotel hospitality experience preferred
• Front desk, host, floor management ya guest relation experience preferred
• Working Requirements:Evening & weekend availability mandatory
• Peak rush hours handle karne ki capability
• Standing & active coordination role
