Job Description
Factory Supervisor – Job Description
• Supervise daily factory operations and workforce management
• Handle counting and monitoring of production units, inward, and outward material movement
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Coordinate dispatch, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved
• Monitor machine operations, safety, and shop floor discipline
• Prepare daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets
• Identify operational issues and ensure smooth factory functioning
• Experience in manufacturing/fertilizer/chemical industry preferred
