Job Responsibilities / कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Operate assigned machines (training will be provided)
• निर्धारित मशीनों का संचालन करें (प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा)
• Handle material loading/unloading and maintain cleanliness
• सामग्री लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग करें और कार्यस्थल साफ रखें
• Follow production instructions and achieve daily targets
• उत्पादन निर्देशों का पालन करें और दैनिक लक्ष्य पूरा करें
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects immediately
• बुनियादी क्वालिटी चेक करें और दोष तुरंत रिपोर्ट करें
• Use tools properly and follow all safety rules
• टूल्स का सही उपयोग करें और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करें
• Support supervisors in production tracking and shift activities
• सुपरवाइजर को उत्पादन और शिफ्ट गतिविधियों में सहायता करें
• Work with team members to ensure smooth production flow
• टीम के साथ मिलकर उत्पादन सुचारू रखें

Requirements / आवश्यकताएँ

Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred

• शिक्षा: 10वीं / 12वीं / ITI / डिप्लोमा को प्राथमिकता
• Experience: Factory experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• अनुभव: फैक्ट्री अनुभव वांछनीय (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)
• Physically fit and comfortable in manufacturing environment
• शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• डे/नाइट शिफ्ट में काम करने की इच्छा
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
• समयनिष्ठ और अनुशासित
