Job Description
We are looking for a garment production merchandiser to act as the key link between sales, design and the production unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand design details, specifications, and requirements from the Design Team.
- Clearly communicate design requirements to the Production Team.
- Coordinate with the cutting, stitching, embroidery, and other production departments to ensure smooth execution of the design.
- Follow up on production to ensure the product is made according to the approved design and specifications.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
