Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers at their residence, workplace, or business location for collection of overdue payments.
  • Follow up on pending EMIs, loan repayments, and outstanding dues.
  • Negotiate payment commitments and settlement plans with customers.
  • Maintain daily collection reports and update customer visit status in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.
  • Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
  • Follow all company, legal, and compliance guidelines during collection activities.
