Job Description

Providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.

Setting up and managing laptops, email accounts, Slack, JumpCloud, and other IT tools.

Assisting with new employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.

Ensuring compliance with the organization's IT security policies and best practices.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and provide an excellent support experience.
