Job Description

ROLE: City Growth Partner (Field Sales Executive)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit shops, businesses, and commercial establishments in assigned territory
  • Pitch and explain company products/services to business owners
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Conduct follow-ups to close deals
  • Achieve weekly and monthly Sales targets
  • Maintain daily reporting (visits, leads, closures)
  • Build strong local market relationships


KPIs / KRAs

  • Daily shop visits: 20–30
  • Daily conversions: 1–2 clients
  • Monthly target: 30 clients on-boarding
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio: 20–30%
  • Reporting discipline: 100% daily updates
