About Go Crazy Offers : Go Crazy Offers is a vendor growth and customer engagement platform that helps local businesses attract and retain customers through digital coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional offers, business logo generation, AI assistant tools, and social media marketing support.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Field Executive who will visit local businesses, collect vendor information, explain GCO services, support vendor onboarding, and share daily market feedback with the company.
This role is suitable for candidates who are active, confident, comfortable with field work, and able to communicate with shop owners and business owners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit shops, restaurants, salons, gyms, cafes, retail stores, and local service providers.
- Introduce Go Crazy Offers to vendors and explain basic benefits.
- Collect vendor details such as business name, owner name, phone number, address, category, and interest level.
- Help interested vendors complete registration/onboarding.
- Explain GCO features like coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, offers, promotional cards, and marketing tools.
- Take follow-ups with vendors who show interest.
- Record reasons if vendors reject or delay installation/onboarding.
- Submit daily visit reports and lead status updates.
- Share local market feedback and competitor information with the team.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for vendor activation and support.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and mobile apps.
- Ability to talk confidently with shop owners.
- Willingness to travel in the local market.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Basic sales or convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and learning mindset.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 10th / 12th / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of field work, sales, marketing, survey, or vendor onboarding experience
Language: Hindi and local language required; basic English preferred
Vehicle: Two-wheeler preferred
Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be:
- Worked previously in Fintech like Paytm, PhonePay, BharatPe etc.
- Comfortable doing field visits.
- Honest and punctual.
- Able to collect accurate information.
- Confident while speaking to vendors.
- Target-oriented but also good at relationship building.
- Ready to learn about digital marketing and business promotion tools.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: Fixed salary + incentives
Incentives: Based on vendor visits, verified leads, onboarding, and subscription conversion
Growth Opportunity: Field Executive → Senior Field Executive → Team Leader → Area Executive / Sales Manager
Working Days & TimingsWorking Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: As per field requirements
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager / Founder
