Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell edible oil products within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other channel partners, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors to promote edible oil products.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and competitor activities in the market.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordination with the distribution team.
• Conduct product promotions and merchandising activities at retail outlets.
• Submit daily sales reports and route plans.
• Requirements0–2 years of experience in FMCG, Edible Oil, Food Products, Sales, or Marketing.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and sales reporting tools.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of the FMCG and edible oil market.
• Understanding of retail and distributor sales channels.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
