Field Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities:1. QR Code InstallationVisit assigned areas and onboard new merchants
• Install QR Codes at shops/business locations
• Explain usage process (payment receive, tracking, etc.)
• Ensure proper placement and activation
• 2. QR Code Revival (Re-activation)Identify inactive QR merchants
• Visit and understand reasons for non-usage
• Reactivate QR usage through proper guidance
• Build relationship and ensure daily usage
• 3. Product DemonstrationGive live demo of QR payment system
• Explain benefits: instant payment, record tracking, easy settlement
• Promote additional services (Loan, Insurance, CIBIL, etc.)
• 4. Lead GenerationGenerate leads for financial products
• Educate merchants about available services
• Share leads with backend/team
• 5. Daily ReportingMaintain daily visit reports
• Update installation and revival data
• Share progress with reporting manager
• Target & Performance Metrics:Daily QR Installation Target: 5–10
• Daily Revival Target: 5+
• Merchant Activation Rate
• Lead Generation Count
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi + Local Language)
• Basic smartphone handling
• Sales & convincing ability
