Field Sales Executive

The Opportunity - We are urgently looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the education sector for our client based in Sitapura Jaipur. If you have a passion for sales, relationship management, and closing deals in the education industry, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities🔹 Identify potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, EdTech companies) and generate leads.

🔹 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

🔹 Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with key decision-makers.

🔹 Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

🔹 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

What You Need to Succeed✔ Experience: 2+ years in education sales, preferably in EdTech or institutional sales.

✔ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

✔ Target-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is a plus.

✔ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

********************************************Selection Criteria (MUST HAVE):*******************************************************

1. Based in Jaipur or willing travel to relocate to Sitapura
2. Minimum one year sales experience preferably Education Sales or College/University Packages, ideal candidate would have worked as Sales Counselor/Coordinator for International Universities
3. Maximum 15-20 days notice period, ideally to join immediately
4. English only - No Hindi. Must be able to have fluent English Communication
