Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions (rooftop solar, solar panels, EPC projects) to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closing sales.
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client requirements and feasibility
- Explain solar solutions, cost savings, ROI, and government subsidies
- Prepare and present customized proposals to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Coordinate with technical team for site survey and installation
- Keep updated with solar industry trends and government policies
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
