Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire new customers through field and market activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, DSAs, agents, and business partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly business targets and productivity goals.
- Conduct customer verification and documentation processes.
- Maintain portfolio quality and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and customer-facing roles.
