Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients in person, and drive sales growth. The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to generate leads and close sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Submit daily reports on field activities and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales/marketing.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
