Field Sales Manager

a leading supplier of premium laminates and decorative interior products, offering Decorative Mica, Charcoal Sheets, Louvers, Wall Panels, and other interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, retailers, and contractors to generate business.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Promote the company's laminate and decorative product range.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.

Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Prepare daily sales reports and submit visit updates to management.

Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Eligibility

Minimum 02 year of experience in the Laminates, Plywood, Decorative, Building Materials, or Interior Products industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
