Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Steel Products)

Location: Jodhpur / Jaipur / Udaipur (Rajasthan)

Industry: Steel Sales (Doors & Windows)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-hand (No PF)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join our Rajasthan sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling steel doors and windows directly to builders, contractors, and retail customers. This is a purely on-ground role requiring local market knowledge and a proven track record in steel sales. 

Key Responsibilities

• Market Outreach: Identify and visit potential clients (architects, contractors, and individual home builders) to pitch steel door and window solutions.
• Lead Generation: Actively scout for new construction projects and sites within the assigned territory.
• Sales Conversion: Handle the complete sales cycle—from initial inquiry and site measurement to closing the deal and ensuring payment collection.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing dealers and influencers to ensure repeat business.
• Reporting: Provide daily updates on field visits, competitor activity, and sales targets to the regional manager. 

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Steel Sales.
• Product Knowledge: Prior experience in the Steel Doors & Windows industry is highly preferred.
• Education: 12th Pass or higher.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and "feet-on-the-street" sales grit.
• Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local travel. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Net In-hand)+ Travel Allowance.
• Note: This position offers a direct in-hand salary with no PF deductions.
