Fitter Technician

Key Job Responsibilities

·          Machine Operation: Operating production machines (Paper bag, Printing Machine, Rope Making Machine, Slitting and Rewinding Machines) according to production schedules.

·         Setting & Maintenance: Setting up machines to new product specifications, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and cleaning and Upkeep the equipment.

·         Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues, and reporting major machine failures to supervisors.

·         Technical Compliance: Reading, interpreting, and applying technical drawings and engineering specifications.

·         Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of parts, measuring & Checking paper bag to ensure precision, and maintaining quality documentation.

·         Safety & 5S: Adhering to safety standards, SOPs, and maintaining a clean, organized work area (5S). 

·         Wastage: Control and minimize wastage and rejection at production level.
