Seva SarthiSalary: ₹20,000 In-Hand (Fixed)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 Year Banking/BFSI Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers at the branch.
  • Support customers with YONO, ATM, UPI & Net Banking.
  • Assist with forms, tokens and basic banking queries.
  • Manage customer queues and branch floor.
  • Support senior citizens and customers needing assistance.
  • Promote digital banking and YONO registration.
  • Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer service.

Skills: Good communication, basic English and customer-handling skills.
