FMCG Sales Executive

An FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Sales Executive drives product availability and sales volume across a defined territory. They build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure products are always in stock, highly visible, and competitively priced.

Core Responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Execute daily route plans to visit retail outlets, wholesale markets, and key accounts to generate orders.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed volume, value, and revenue targets for assigned product lines.
• Distribution & Availability: Onboard new channel partners (distributors and retailers) and ensure maximum product penetration in the market.
• Visibility & Merchandising: Negotiate for premium shelf space, enforce brand planograms, and install point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Trade Promotions: Roll out consumer offers and trade schemes, ensuring partner compliance and tracking market impact.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and new product launches, providing actionable feedback to management.
• Collections & Compliance: Manage accounts receivable, ensure timely payment collections from retailers, and handle stock returns or damages
