AREA SALES HEAD

You will lead the sales operations for a designated territory, ensuring that revenue targets are met through strategic planning and team leadership.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the spices and FMCG market to achieve regional targets.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to drive high performance.
• Distribution Management: Appoint and govern a robust distributor network, ensuring proper infrastructure and financial health of partners.
• Market Analysis: Track competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

2. Sales Representative

Overview: As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for field-level execution, driving product visibility, and managing daily sales in your assigned beat.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Market Coverage: Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and general trade outlets to book orders.
• Product Visibility: Ensure maximum shelf presence and effective merchandising of our spices at retail points.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with trade partners (retailers and distributors) to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Collections: Manage credit limits and ensure timely payment collection from the market.
• Qualifications:
• Experience: 0-4 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG or food industry.
• Requirements: Willingness to travel and interact, good communication in Hindi and English
