Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a smart, presentable & confident Female Executive to manage our front desk operations and assist in social media handling at our premium menswear store (ROYYD).

### 🔹 Responsibilities:

• Walk-in customers ko attend karna & proper guidance dena 

• Billing & basic cash handling 

• Customer enquiries handle karna (Instagram & WhatsApp) 

• Client follow-ups & order updates 

• Store coordination & overall customer experience maintain karna 

### 🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English) 

• Presentable personality & positive attitude 

• Basic knowledge of Instagram & smartphone usage 

• Billing / computer knowledge is a plus
