General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, business growth, team management, customer satisfaction, and process improvement of the company. The role requires coordination across Operations, Sales, HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Customer Support to ensure smooth business functioning and achievement of company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily field and office operations.
• Ensure timely completion of water tank cleaning projects.
• Monitor quality, safety, and service standards.
• Manage manpower planning and resource allocation.

Business & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with commercial and institutional clients.
• Support company expansion initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor department heads and staff.
• Set performance goals and monitor KPIs.
• Handle employee performance and disciplinary matters.
• Create a high-performance work culture.

Customer Management

• Handle major customer escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.

Process & Reporting

• Implement SOPs and operational systems.
• Monitor MIS reports and business performance.
• Control costs and improve efficiency.
• Report business performance to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, facility management, service industry, or business management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of sales, operations, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
