Graphic Designer & Video Editor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented, motivated creative person who can combine graphic design and video production to produce engaging content. This hands-on role requires someone who is as comfortable designing large-format marketing materials as editing fast-paced Instagram Reels.

You will be responsible for creating visual and video content across our digital platforms and physical marketing materials, helping shape our brand's look and feel from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design

▸  Design eye-catching Instagram posts, Stories, and social media creatives for daily publishing

▸  Create print-ready flyers, brochures, and promotional materials

▸  Design large-format assets such as hoardings, billboards, signage, and site display boards

▸  Produce banners, standees, and event display materials as required

▸  Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints — digital and print

▸  Adapt existing designs for multiple formats and dimensions across platforms

Video Production & Editing

▸  Edit and produce short-form Reels and Shorts optimised for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms

▸  Cut and repurpose long-form videos into multiple short, engaging clips for social media

▸  Produce professional ad videos for digital campaigns across social and display channels

▸  Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and effects to enhance video content

▸  Colour grade and fine-tune video footage to meet brand standards

▸  Collaborate on video concepts, storyboards, and creative briefs with the team

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS

Design Tools

▸  Adobe Photoshop — photo editing, compositing, and social media graphics

▸  Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logos, signage, and print layouts

▸  Adobe InDesign or Canva — flyer and multi-page layout design

Video Editing Tools

▸  Adobe Premiere Pro — primary video editing and multi-format exports

▸  Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects

▸  CapCut or similar — fast turnaround Reels and Shorts editing

▸  Basic audio editing and sound mixing skills

General Skills

▸  Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory

▸  Knowledge of social media content formats and best practices (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

▸  Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

▸  Good communication skills and ability to take creative direction

▸  A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work
